Set up multi-factor authentication

Avensys has switched on mult-factor authentication (MFA) to add a layer of security to your account.

You will need to provide a unique code - as well as your email and password - each time you log in.

You'll need an authenticator app (e.g. Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, Twilio Authy) on you device - this is where you'll get your unqiue code each time you log in to Avensys.

You will need to set up MFA before you can continue.

Set up multi-factor authentication

Open your authenticator app and tap Add New Account.

Some apps require you to select an account type, select 'Other' to register with the app, you can then scan the QR code below or manually enter the code.

Once the app has been registered you'll receive your first one time passcode (OTP), enter this below and click Register App.

Verification

Please open your authenticator app and enter your one time password for
Avensys H-IMS.
